In every
neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, there are organisations
who strive to find solutions to these places’ problems.
Every neighbourhood safeguards and treasures distinctive
features and traditions which are worth knowing and a
history that is worth telling.
These organisations
are aware of the real needs of the people, and they act
as a bridge of communication in their process of seeking
solutions.
Despite
their different structures and practical aims, social
organisations have above all a strong sense of community
work and common interests that make them powerful when
they manage to stay united. This is how they transcend
the limits of the neighbourhood to become part of the
invisible (and not so invisible) network of social organisations
existing within the city, in Argentina, in the rest of
Latin America and the world over.
