Voluntario Global is an established not-for-profit organization dedicated to the development of grassroots organizations in Argentina. Our main objective is to promote a lasting change in the lives of the families that live in underserved communities

Teaching English to Adults

tl_files/fotos_generales/sep-08.JPG Teaching English to adults can be hard and challenging but equally rewarding. Every class you teach is an opportunity to help and to give back but it is also an opportunity to learn and to receive.

Help HIV Affected Children

tl_files/proyectos/Casa Vela/IMG_5303_w1024.JPG Children in this center are between 6- 16 years old and volunteers help coordinators with the different workshops: music, English, computer, help with school homework, sports, and chess.

Help in a Community Soup Kitchen

This project is located in La Boca. More than 100 people have lunch at the community centre every day including children and adults.

Community Center in Northern Argentina

The purpose of this program is to get volunteers to help with daily activities at the community center such as, help in the kitchen to prepare lunch and spend time with older adults and children.

Kindergarten Project

It doesn’t matter what language they are speaking, the sounds of Travesuras echo like any kindergarten classroom full of anxious 3-5 year olds singing songs and reciting the letters of the alphabet. But this classroom is slightly different than most

My favorite part has been watching the kids begin to trust me and let me teach them and learn from them. At first they really tested their limits with me and it was overwhelming, but after they realized I wasn't going anywhere soon, they really began to warm up to me.
